He's got Boots!?

I went and got Flu shots today. While I was waiting in line, I was asked a couple of computer questions, and then when I sat down for the shot, the nurse asked if while I was there I could fix what was wrong with her phone (just had to go in the menu and take it off hands free answer). After the shots she put this sticker on me, and as I was walking out, someone in line shouted out, "He's got Boots!" Then she asked if I could tell she has kids.

Anniversary

Lisa and my anniversary was on Sunday. We went to dinner and a movie. For dinner went to a place called Bravo in the Galleria Mall. It was our first time at this restaurant, but we really liked this place. It is going to be one of our favorites. I gave her a necklace at dinner. The Regal theater is right around the corner in the mall from Bravo, so we wandered around the mall for a while and then went to see the movie Where the Wild Things Are. It was a enjoyable night.

Pumpkin Farm

We took Ben to find a pumpkin. He had fun checking out all the pumpkins. He also wanted to check out the farm animals, but was not allowed to.

Kid's Cuts-R-Fun

We took Ben to get is first hair cut this evening. He did really well. He sat still and let her cut his hair. This place that we took him to is geared to little kids. There was lots of toys and he was able to watch TV while his hair was getting cut.

Flood!

A pipe broke in our office area today. It was pouring in like crazy. They clamped a hose on the pipe and stuck it out the window to stop the flow into our area. As soon as I saw it, I grabbed a couple techs and started pulling equipment from our stock room which is close to where the pipe broke. What a mess.

Trouble and More Trouble

Ben and Connor have been hanging out a lot lately... And they both like talking to the Johnson's on Skype.

New herd of COWs

We have a fresh herd of COWs(computers on wheels). We are getting 69 this week, 32 came today. Does any one remember Johnny 5 from Short Circuit? NO disassemble, Johnny 5 is alive. These aren't as cool as that but that is the joke when we pull apart and recycle the old COWs.

Which Bed Part 3

After I put Ben to bed tonight, I heard a bunch of noise up there. I went up there to check on him. He went into our room and was climbing into our bed. I told him to go back to his room and shut the door. He did and he is now sleeping in there. The crib is not good enough for him, his toddler bed is not good for him and does this mean that the twin bed is not good enough for him either? He really wants to be a big boy.
