Pumpkin Farm

We took Ben to find a pumpkin. He had fun checking out all the pumpkins. He also wanted to check out the farm animals, but was not allowed to.

Kid's Cuts-R-Fun

We took Ben to get is first hair cut this evening. He did really well. He sat still and let her cut his hair. This place that we took him to is geared to little kids. There was lots of toys and he was able to watch TV while his hair was getting cut.

Minor Repair

This is what I came home to yesterday...

Flood!

A pipe broke in our office area today. It was pouring in like crazy. They clamped a hose on the pipe and stuck it out the window to stop the flow into our area. As soon as I saw it, I grabbed a couple techs and started pulling equipment from our stock room which is close to where the pipe broke. What a mess.

Trouble and More Trouble

Ben and Connor have been hanging out a lot lately... And they both like talking to the Johnson's on Skype.

New herd of COWs

We have a fresh herd of COWs(computers on wheels). We are getting 69 this week, 32 came today. Does any one remember Johnny 5 from Short Circuit? NO disassemble, Johnny 5 is alive. These aren't as cool as that but that is the joke when we pull apart and recycle the old COWs.

Which Bed Part 3

After I put Ben to bed tonight, I heard a bunch of noise up there. I went up there to check on him. He went into our room and was climbing into our bed. I told him to go back to his room and shut the door. He did and he is now sleeping in there. The crib is not good enough for him, his toddler bed is not good for him and does this mean that the twin bed is not good enough for him either? He really wants to be a big boy.

Construction

They are getting ready to re-grout the bricks outside of our offices. All we can hear for the past couple of days is their saws working out the grout. Then on top of that, the building is shaking from the polls being driven into the ground for the new building. What fun.

Way too Smart

I was cooking dinner and Ben pulled his chair into the kitchen. When I turned around he was climbing on it and seeing what he could get off the counter. I have never seen him do this before, and when I called Lisa she said she had never seen him do that either. He acted like he knew exactly what he was doing. Isn't he a little too young to be doing this?

Bouncing off the Wall

Bouncing off the wall literally. Did not get the phone out quick enough... He hit the other wall first. Results of Frosty High?

Frosty High

Lisa did not want her Frosty, and sent it home with Ben. This is him trying to suck as much as possible before it is taken away. It was given back after we got home.

Getting cold

Lisa asked that the furnace be turned on. So yesterday I went and got a filter. As you can see, it really needed to be changed. The furnace is now on and I think we figured out the new thermostat and the house is warm.
