At work they have put together a walking challenge. I am carrying a pedometer with me and submitting the number of steps each day for the month of October. The goal is to eventually do 10,000 steps a day, which equals about 5 miles! I set up a
page off my blog to keep up with this. In the first week, I have walked 39747 steps or roughly 20 miles.

Did your legs feel like they were going to fall off the day you had the most steps? Whenever you are tempted to stop in at TH, just reach down and let the pedometer remind you not to.
