We put the tree up today. We told Ben that he could not put any of the decorations up today, because we will be putting them up when everyone is able to help. Julie was already asleep. So, Ben decided to put his own decorations up.

Happy Thanksgiving
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Julie fully enjoyed her first thanksgiving eating turkey, mash potatoes and cranberry sauce. Charlie (Lisa’s brother) was able to come and spend the day with us. Ben and Julie had a blast playing with Uncle Charlie. Ben enjoyed Uncle Charlie showing him how to do magic tricks with cards. It was great to be together as a family and celebrate all the good things in life that we are thankful for.
Happy Birthday Weewee
I am a little behind on posts. While the family was up here last week we celebrated Olivia’s Birthday. We told Ben to say happy birthday to Livie (her nickname) and he started calling her WeeWee. It was so funny. Ben helped WeeWee blow out her candles and Julie got to pull the knife out of the cake because she was the one with the next birthday. Everyone had a good time celebrating Olivia’s (Weewee) birthday.

Out for the count
When I get out of the car, I normally turn around and unbuckle Ben and then get them both out through Julie’s door. When I got home today, Ben was asleep. I unbuckled him and then he started to get out and I went around to Julie’s door. When I opened the door he was asleep on the floor. When I finally got him in the house, he laid down right where I put him.
Now I am ready
This morning as we were getting ready to go downstairs, Ben asked for one of my hats. Then when we got downstairs, he said cow and went and found the cow. He has been wearing the hat since.

Its like getting a new toy
Pull a toy out of the closet that they have not seen in a long time, and they act like they got a new toy. Ben is currently sitting on the cow watching TV.
