Lost in Transit update

I had another call yesterday from HP looking for the hard drive I have not sent back yet. He was confused why it said it was received in Indiana, and tried to give me a number to get another one shipped out. I asked if he had the ability to order it himself, and when he said yes I asked why he would have me call somewhere else. He said he would take care of it. I had to log a ticket for another device yesterday, and I have the tech here replacing that system board. He just repairs laptops and cannot do anything for the missing hard drive. That is what I normally get, one to three day turn around. I wonder if I will ever see that hard drive.
